We have strict product quality control, which is divided into four parts
1. Raw material inspection, quality inspectors use touch, smell, and visual observation to initially determine whether the product has quality problems, and use a gram weight meter to measure the weight of the fabric to determine whether it is consistent with the requirements. Use a hardness tester to measure the hardness of plastic parts and confirm that the softness is appropriate.
2. Finished product inspection, check whether the overall appearance is neat, stain-free, and scratch-free. Whether the facial expression of the doll is symmetrical and soft, without color cast or deformation. Check if the stitching is firm, without loose threads or looseness. Check if there are bubbles or peeling on the plastic or fabric parts. Use a measuring tool (such as a vernier caliper or tape measure) to measure the height, width, and thickness of the doll to ensure that the size meets the product specifications. Use an electronic scale to measure the weight and confirm that it is consistent with the specifications. Use a tensile tester to test the accessories to ensure that they will not fall off easily. Perform dry and wet friction tests on the fabric parts to confirm that the dyeing is firm and there is no obvious fading. Test whether the doll meets the requirements of being washable or surface-cleanable. Check if it is deformed, discolored, or damaged after washing.
3. Random inspection of bulk goods, according to the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standard (such as: 1% - 5% sampling ratio) for each batch of products according to size, color, appearance, etc.
Appearance inspection: Check whether the doll has obvious defects, such as facial deformation and stitching problems.
Functional inspection: Test whether the sound, light and other functions are normal.
Accessory tensile test: Tensile test of key accessories to ensure firmness.
Packaging inspection: Confirm whether the packaging is complete and the label is complete
